By 7:30 AM, we’ll be at Socma, ready to embark on our hike. The trail, interspersed with breathtaking views of the valley, leads us to the magnificent Perolniyoc Waterfall. Its cascading waters set against the backdrop of the Andean mountains create an almost mystical ambiance. But the waterfall isn’t our only destination here. Guests are free to choose a lunch spot that appeals to their palate and budget, savoring the local flavors. Post lunch, our exploration of Ollantaytambo’s archaeological site begins. The town, a living testament to Incan architecture and urban planning, is sure to leave you in awe with its grand terraces and stone constructions.
By mid-afternoon, we’ll set our sights on Pisac. The journey itself is an experience, with the Sacred Valley revealing its charms at every twist and turn. In Pisac, we’ll delve into its archaeological site. The hilltop ruins, renowned for their terraced fields and ancient structures, provide insights into the region’s storied past.
